Healthy Foods:

The approved Pyramid from the USDA is made to help people maintain a healthy diet. The largest section of the food pyramid in the grains part. Grains are very important to eat becuase people that eat whole grain are less likely to get a chronic disease. An avergage person should eat 3 ounces of grains which is the equivalent of 3 pieces of whole wheat bread. Grains are also a very important sorce of dietary fiber, several B vitamins, and minerals. The second largest section of the food pyramid is Vegetables. Vegetables provide the nurtients that are vital to a healthy body. Fruits help prevent caridovascular diseases. Milk helps people have stronger bones throughout their life time. The Meat & Bean catigory provides protien for a healthy body. I eat healthy to maintain a healthy body.

Junk foods:

Junk foods are really bad for you and in a 100 calorie carrot cake yummmy. they have soy lecithin. soy lecithin it is used for industrail purposes. the point is that they use very bad stuff in the j7unk food your eating! Don't eat junk food, you will not believe the srtuff they put in it!.... i eat junk food in moderation so that it is good and not a bad thing.
